CLPM is positioned to meet a much broader spectrum of Special Construction projects including new works, refurbishment, structural repair or significant structural modifications.

We identify ‘Special Construction’ projects as those demanding processes or operational compliance (e.g. environmental sensitivity, client-specific initiatives, and cooperation with the attending public), site access restriction, highly specific end-user requirements or those that aspire to exhibit a level of artistic expression significantly beyond that of mainstream modern construction.

At CLPM, the body of people with specialist skills and knowledge has expanded to incorporate a team that has the capacity to achieve competitive advantages for those clients and designers who seek a journey of confidence towards the economic realisation of highly specific design values.

We are able to consider contracts up to $20 million or larger in a Construction Management role.
